They treat employees like slave. May be it’s one of the fastest growing startup in India but they don’t value their employee at all. Even if you are one of their best performer, still they will not think twice before firing you for their cost cutting. Even when you are resigning they will not try to retain you. They have deducted 80% of my FNF without even informing me. And after that they are showing me their ego and not even responding me No transparency in the policy. Anyone here working in Zepto, who can confirm this?

Tbh, I strongly feel this could be true due to a few reasons, 1: The harsh reply to this from the CEO indicating he is really pissed off 2: So many frequent funding rounds, I mean I agree Quick Commerce is a booming industry, but have we forgotten what happened with Byjus? 3: The high attrition rate of the company. What do you guys think?
