Initially Zepto paid extra perks like Zepto Joy, Nanny Charges, 5 Lakh Insurance, Travel reimbursement after that they stopped all and revoked the policy.

Fake brand name Zepto on social networking. 2 senior leaders are running complete company operations from Mumbai HO. both people are hire candidates from Flipkart and Pepperfry as both of them are Ex employees of these companies. this company give appreciation, promotion and appraisal to only his personal references which are hired from above mentioned both companies only. they paid to his personal reference candidate's 3X salary and another employee is working on same designation on 1X salary. Senior Management are completely biased they never appreciate any employee hard work which are hired from Naukri and Linkedin. Senior management are doing big scams making huge money and they put blame to another employees which are not ex employee of these companies. overall company experience is terrible.
