Tbh I gave an interview and got selected . Joining is from 21 aug 2024 . I joined to make money with less work load . It seems it's morning shift till training . I wish I get morning shift after training as well . Training will last for 2 weeks till then you will whole salary including pf . After training pf would be separated n u will get the rest salary .

They didn't took my interview same day . It took 2 days still my offer letter will be given at joining . Second thing rotational shifts .

It is okay due to some team leaders which support you. Work is very easy and WFH mostly.

Dislikes

Fine with one week off, but we never get comp offs whenever we need it. I applied 3weeks prior to my bday, than too they could not schedule it. Management is very poor these days. Earlier it was good. Now it is like they want us to be "majbur & majdur"

there is nothing to like about working here apart from saying working in a fast growing firm

extreme micro management have no time consicousness that employees have life outside office - managers keep meetings at any time of the day even at 11pm and you cant attend online, you've to be in office only - when do we eat, spend time with family or sleep way too toxic about every manager comes from top leadership just wants to milk as much as possible, no employee friendly policies

They will fool you to leave your well settled organization on the price of 30 to 40% hike.

No work life balance you will be asked to work like your own venture spending around 10 to 12 hours on shift, no job security the management will fire you without having any second thought despite you taken whatever initiative, additional benefits are part of fixed pay so don't get fooled, they offer 2 week off but manager will not talk about a single off.

The pace at which Zepto is moving, it can sometimes get overwhelming and there is not a moment to reminisce how far you've come and also, lack of RNR, and new joinee engagement - which as a matter of fact is now being worked upon, but this has a lot of scope for improvement
