Every one is feeling like a manager. Company is good but Complete politics. No good appraisals. If you did hard work day and night you will never get good hikes. If you did politics you will get good hikes.

Nothing great these guys are scammers which hold our study certificates and doesn't return at all and hold with them forcing to work with them till they wish to leave us. They demand money to get our memos back

Internal politics are worst. No work life balance it's rest in peace to our personal life. While at interview they say it's 5 working days after that they force us to work for 6 days a week and sometimes there won't be a weekend 9 working hours they say but when in purchase dept they m ade us work for more than 12-15hours a day and extra hours are unpaid There was no appraisal even when I left the job whenever I ask they say your performance is not upto mark and when I say i will quit your doing good I will speak to GM operations and give you a raise they say.
