If you’re joining Zeitview as a Data Analyst, BEWARE. This is nothing but a scam in the name of analytics. Instead of actual data analysis, your job will be to stare at solar panel IR images and manually mark anomalies—literally a glorified labeling job. No real analytics, no meaningful insights, just monotonous, brain-dead work. And if you think you can escape this and switch to something better internally—forget it. The management is an absolute disaster—filled with people who have zero technical knowledge but got promoted just because they know the right people. Imagine Commerce and Arts graduates sitting as Senior Engineers and Team Leads while actual skilled professionalsare ignored. Merit doesn't matter here; your growth depends on how well you can butter up your leads. Since December, there has been almost NO WORK, yet employees are still micromanaged, harassed for taking leaves (even sick leaves), and unfairly blamed for "low performance." How do you perform when there's no work to begin with? Instead of focusing on productivity and skill development, the management is busy running an internal politics and favoritism circus.
