About the Role:
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts based in Bangalore,
India. You ll be a key contributor to ensuring our team hits our targets, and that our employees
are supported and continue to grow at Zeitview. Your work will help ensure we delight our clients
by delivering high quality, timely reports.
Please note: This role requires shifted working hours from 3:30pm to 12:30am IST to overlap,
collaborate, and train with a team based in North America. This shifted working schedule is
required for at least 6 months with a chance to revisit after that.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Analysts who report to you, including performance management,
regular meetings, and coaching
Manage day-to-day task completion across multiple projects within your team,
addressing and escalating timeline risks as appropriate
Support the Analysis team to ensure individual, team objectives and key results are
being met
Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, and collaborative problem solving
Act as an advocate for both the needs of your team to upper management, and the
needs of the company to your team
Act as an advocate for the parts of the analysis process your team is focused on,
surfacing issues, and working with technical experts to enact long-term solutions
Allocate project activities to respective teams, ensuring optimal task assignment and
coordinated efforts
Provide daily project updates through project management platforms like Asana,
Zendesk and Slack ensuring clear communication and progress tracking
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelors degree preferred
1+ years of experience leading analysis, technical services, or related teams to meet
operational targets
3+ years of relevant experience working in a client-focused environment and/or
fast-paced environment
Passion for coaching and people development
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards
Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving
Experience in responding quickly and efficiently to organizational and operational
changes
Experience tracking team success against KPIs or OKRs and reporting results and
recommendations to upwards management
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google).
Able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with global team as needed, while
managing and maintaining positive work-life balanc
