Working environment is great...fun and work go hand in hand. Company believes in open forum discussions and encourage employees to take initiative in the interest of the company. Fashion designing is top notch. You will get to work on multiple fashion brands under one roof. As a fashion designer, you can learn and grow here really well. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
