Please don’t add these fake companies in your agency, I’m a professional fashion designer and I’ve worked with international brands and fantastic export house. I was very shocked to know that they are fraud and I’m really glad that i left that company cause now they’re dealing with the cases which there ex company employee has filed on them.

There was not a single thing right about this company I cannot waste my time to write the whole situation and wrong stuff about this company. It’s just not worth it. Sorry

I liked my colleague . They really keep me up when my boss scold me for his mistake

Actually this office is under the owners house, that's why they make their employees to work for 12-14 hours in a day. They extend shifts till 1 or 2 in the mid night. They order food only after 11pm if they plan to extend else they will not even get u cab. Overall it's a shady place with shady boss.

Hectic, they want me to give fake reports. And as I didn't made it they start spoiling my name with their clients.

I have been working here for 2 years, I have learnt a lot here. But again it depends upon person, projects and how they work. I have learnt new things in every project and have delivered succesfull projects for the company. The managers are supportive and understanding. The work culture is great, Everyone works in their own niche.Hardworking and dedicated team works towards the excellance of the company. Unfortunately, i have a worst experience with my senior designer. She has no sense of talking with new joiners. everytime shouting like a hell..Maybe the company has given so much opportunity to seniors to do whatever they want..Nobody is there to notice this things. Even they didn't ask new comers about their problem and all. They torture us all the time and when we trying to ask something about work she shouts and said i'll not tell you again and again. According to me company should understand this things if they want to increase their team and really wants someone work there then they should first understand the employee problem. Why they are not enjoying their work . The senior restrict our creative thoughts and expect us to work according to their mind .. They should know every person has a different aspects of work. They can't work as your mind..you guys call yourself creative persons so how can you restrict someones thoughts, why you people want they work and design according to your mind .. Even my senior has demotivate my skills my work and my knowledge from the 1st day of my joining.She has same experience as i am but after that she thinks she is a god and she knows everything and other juniors are fool. I have worked there as creative fashion analyst. I have spend there 14days but didn't learn anything new as they told me in interview. I thought i'll learn and do lots of things there but I was only making sketches and ppts.
