As an organization Reliance is good, but current management is pathetic. HR is worst in Reliance, Cluster Manager is only do one thing that is forwarding msgs and mails and creating SPOC from stores to devide his work, else nothing. VM is only for complaint against stores, they never help store team they always give commands to floor team. I like the culture and support to the employee by company in initial years .skill devlopment and learning path and promotion opportunity also very attractive.very safe and free environment for womens staff.

Company work culture is changing and not able to provide sufficient work satisfaction.Lots of hard working and great mind manager quitting job becouse of some required thing are going to happen in ground level.Very few people from high level want to listen what problem is Ground level is facing so how they will resolve to it.

Totally miss management of Human Resource . Last but not the least once you work with reliance no other company will hire you
