...in CTC because these clause only applicable when you an employee applied for it. It's not a part of fixed salary. Many of store across Pan India are closed by organization and there is no job securities of employees in this case.

Opportunities for growth: Some say there are opportunities for success and growth. Good management: Some say the management is good.

...ife balance: Some say the work hours are long and there is no work-life balance. Salary: Some say the salary is low and the annual hike is less. Working environment: Some say the working environment is poor and there is a lot of politics.

Nothing that great just big names and incomplete knowledge given to employees

Unprofessional Not on their words False commitment Hr department hires without any background check fake salary slips And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee Hierarchy is not followed While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given Sales pressure at its peak No work life and personal life balance If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company

Company to bahut achhi hai company ka work culture and salary appraisal bahut kharab hai. Saalo tak aap kam karte raho but salary nahi badhti h.

Company me Managar ya upper level ke employee apne aap ko company ka ek employee nahi malik samajhte hai, mental pressure yeha bahut jyada hai. Aap kitna bhi achha kaam kar lo aapni kabiliyat ka koi inaam nahi milna naa koi appraisal hona. Inhe haar saal purane employee ko nikal kar naye bharne ka shauq hai, yeha wohi saalo saal tika rah sakta hai jo chamchagirii kar sake. Imandar ya swabhimani logo ke liye yeha kaam karna bahut mushkil hai.

Management is supportive & salary on time , little freedom to work.

Dislikes

If manager want to keep you save then no one will revomve from your position. There is hugh politics in between employees and manager plays big role to save and unsaved.
