Nothing that great just big names and incomplete knowledge given to employees

Unprofessional Not on their words False commitment Hr department hires without any background check fake salary slips And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee Hierarchy is not followed While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given Sales pressure at its peak No work life and personal life balance If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company...Read More

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
