Please don’t add these fake companies in your agency, I’m a professional fashion designer and I’ve worked with international brands and fantastic export house. I was very shocked to know that they are fraud and I’m really glad that i left that company cause now they’re dealing with the cases which there ex company employee has filed on them.

Its really nice and great chances to grow in future. The concept of a company is clear and innovative.

Unfortunately, i have a worst experience with my senior designer. She has no sense of talking with new joiners. everytime shouting like a hell..Maybe the company has given so much opportunity to seniors to do whatever they want..Nobody is there to notice this things. Even they didn't ask new comers about their problem and all. They torture us all the time and when we trying to ask something about work she shouts and said i'll not tell you again and again. According to me company should understand this things if they want to increase their team and really wants someone work there then they should first understand the employee problem. Why they are not enjoying their work . The senior restrict our creative thoughts and expect us to work according to their mind .. They should know every person has a different aspects of work. They can't work as your mind..you guys call yourself creative persons so how can you restrict someones thoughts, why you people want they work and design according to your mind .. Even my senior has demotivate my skills my work and my knowledge from the 1st day of my joining.She has same experience as i am but after that she thinks she is a god and she knows everything and other juniors are fool. I have worked there as creative fashion analyst. I have spend there 14days but didn't learn anything new as they told me in interview. I thought i'll learn and do lots of things there but I was only making sketches and ppts.
