I felt like a number, not a person; the company culture is cold and unwelcoming. You’re just a number to them; your health and happiness don’t matter.

The company culture promotes competition over collaboration, which is toxic. It's all about pleasing the higher-ups, not about doing good work.

Dislikes

Innovative thinkers are quickly silenced; mediocrity is the norm. When I needed help, my manager was nowhere to be found. I felt completely unsupported in my role. Expect to deal with constant drama and office politics.
