This is the least supportive workplace I’ve ever encountered. Any attempt to voice concerns is met with ridicule.

Dislikes

I left feeling disrespected and undervalued. Definitely not returning. HR does not support employees. Good salary, but constant pressure makes it hard to enjoy. The lack of support for employees is shocking and disheartening. The hours are long, the pay is low, and the respect is nonexistent. Avoid this place!

Dislikes

The HR policies are poorly implemented. I reached out for assistance and received no response. Very disappointing. Getting involved in projects led by certain managers feels like career suicide.

No respect for employees at Trigent. The pay is below industry standards, and there’s hardly any recognition for hard work. The office is a breeding ground for negativity and discontent.

The environment in this company is toxic. The new management has zero respect for employees, leading to a culture of fear and uncertainty. Resources are stretched thin, and employees are expected to do the work of multiple people. Once a decent workplace, it’s now plagued by poor leadership and lack of vision.

The work culture here is toxic; it’s all about favoritism and backstabbing. Absolutely no appreciation for hard work. Long hours with no bonuses or incentives.

My initial onboarding experience was chaotic, with no clear direction or support from the team. I came in excited but quickly realized that this place stifles ambition and creativity.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
