There’s a constant fear of job security, as layoffs seem to be an ongoing threat. The hours are excessively long, and the pay doesn’t reflect the effort required.

Dislikes

Incompetent leadership leads to chaos. I've seen better organization in a kindergarten. You’ll feel like just another cog in the machine. There’s no sense of belonging or value. There’s little to no support for personal or professional development.

Promotions seem to go to those who play politics, not those who do great work. It’s impossible to feel motivated when the management doesn’t care about our input.

Dislikes

Employees are constantly worried about job security. The culture here is toxic. No encouragement, just criticism. Employees are under constant pressure. Leadership seems more interested in maintaining their positions than in employee satisfaction. There’s a constant fear of layoffs; it’s hard to focus when job security feels so tenuous.

Dislikes

I felt forced to choose between self-resignation and enduring a demotivating job. Inflexible policies make it hard to balance work and personal life. Likes

The lack of training for new hires is shocking. You’re thrown into the deep end with no support. If you value job security, look elsewhere.

Dislikes

I’ve never felt more burned out in my life. This job takes everything out of you. Lack of recognition for hard work makes this place a drag. It’s all about profit margins here. Employees are expendable. I’ve seen talented employees leave due to poor treatment.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
