Dislikes

I was underwhelmed by the entire experience. I was excited to join, but now I dread coming into the office. The atmosphere is so negative. The lack of work-life balance is alarming; burnout is common here.

I feel like my health issues are ignored here. No support whatsoever.

Dislikes

The stress levels are through the roof, and mental health is ignored. The office environment is dull and uninspiring, making it hard to stay motivated. I left this job because the politics made it impossible to do my best work.

Dislikes

This company claims to value diversity but only pays lip service to it. I can’t believe how little support there is for new employees. It’s like we’re just left to fend for ourselves.

There’s no accountability for bad behavior, which makes the workplace toxic. The work environment can feel hostile, with colleagues often at odds with one another.

Dislikes

It's disappointing to see how little regard management has for employee well-being. We're just numbers to them. There’s a culture of favoritism, where only select individuals receive meaningful work. Team members are often uncooperative and unwilling to collaborate.

The company imposes ridiculous deadlines, leading to excessive stress and a toxic work environment. They promise career growth, but it’s all talk. Actual progress is non-existent.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is non-existent; you’re expected to be available 24/7. My experience at Verizon was nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy work environment. Hard work goes unnoticed. Recognition is rare, if it exists at all.

Work often spills into my personal life, and I feel burned out constantly.

Dislikes

The micromanagement is unbearable. You can’t even breathe without approval! There’s no room for growth here; I felt stagnant in my role. Management is completely out of touch with the realities of the job. Their decisions often make work more difficult.

The initial excitement faded quickly. The role I was hired for was vastly different from what I actually do day-to-day.

Dislikes

The workplace culture is toxic. You’ll often feel undervalued and ignored. The management seems more focused on paperwork than on people. It’s demoralizing. The company talks a big game about their amenities, but everything is broken or poorly maintained.

The company’s policies seem arbitrary and are often applied unevenly. It’s impossible to know what’s expected.

Dislikes

The hours are long, but the payoff is minimal; I don’t recommend it. If you’re not part of the inner circle, don’t expect any support or recognition for your hard work.

Dislikes

The focus on project timelines overshadowed any meaningful learning. It’s a recipe for burnout. The pressure to perform is unrelenting, with no rewards in sight.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
