There is nothing really to like now at this company. The culture has gone bad, people are leaving (a lot of them), some are being asked to leave. Event people who have been working for a really long time in the group are being terminated even on their notice period just to save salary payouts.

Dislikes

It’s a bad company to work in now. The product keeps on changing again and again. No one in the company really knows what the company does, what’s the product and what’s the focus / Vision.

The environment of office is very depressing, everybody is looking for change of job including top management. They keep changing their product every month. No appraisal and no rewards. No culture in the company. People come to office as per their convenience and leave for home by 4pm. You may see only couple of people sitting and playing candy crush or just watching reels.
