Sales is headed by one of the co-founders who doesn't have any idea about sales. He expects to close deals from day 1 🤣. No job security. They can fire you even in the first month without giving any proper reason. Marketing is headed by a woman who thinks she is the whole sole of the organization. Full of ego and zero common sense.HR is headed by the friend of the Co-Founder. So no point of even approaching the HR.
