I Have Been Working here as per the guidance of the founders . How they guide is just exceptional . While Working With them , I've also learned several qualities. They have inspired me to take up the most challenging work as well . I am thankful to the Founders for boosting my confidence too. Although I've Been have for some months now , I've Learned more then I otherwise Expected .

This is an office with a lot of likable things . Work Culture has always been superb . In learn and Grow , the opportunities are no less. Office policies have been made to be employee-friendly . HR makes sure that the environment remains calm . the best thing is that the projects are very engaging .

Everything in this office has been up to the mark . No dislikes have occurred.

Sales is headed by one of the co-founders who doesn't have any idea about sales. He expects to close deals from day 1 🤣. No job security. They can fire you even in the first month without giving any proper reason. Marketing is headed by a woman who thinks she is the whole sole of the organization. Full of ego and zero common sense.HR is headed by the friend of the Co-Founder. So no point of even approaching the HR. Even if you get a job in the organization, would suggest you not to join as they will play with your career....Read More

My colleagues and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Even when they have a lot of work, they always lend a hand without hesitation. Even the senior management is quick to respond and easy to approach.

Manager is rude. Unnecessary pressure is given to employees. There is no work-life balance. Asks to work after office hours. There is no training at all regarding the process. Switches your process very frequently.
