No work-life balance. Just work and work. Deadlines are strict to follow. Don't expect everyone to be always good to you. People's behaviour keeps on changing

The tech stack is new and learning is constant when it comes to projects. I have had opportunities to work on many big upgrades for platforms like Lending. The team values clean code and good design, and I have grown a lot as a developer.

Dislikes

Sprint planning is not realistic, lot of unplanned activities. Some leaders have no knowledge of code base so they just delegate No WFH

The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays. Deadlines are too tight. There's no time for proper work, and features are undone due to unclear requirements. There's no learning or growth in my team. They mostly use Ruby on Rails, which might not suit everyone, but I didn't mind. The work was repetitive and didn't help me improve. I felt stuck and my skills were not growing....Read More

As a startup, the environment is challenging and has autonomy to operate. I get to manage my tasks around my own schedule. Helps a lot with delivering quality outputs. Leaders appreciate and actively acknowledge and praise hard work. Good Esops and comp as compared to the market. IPO plans should create good value in 2 yrs.

You need to get used to the hustle culture and handling pressure if you want to work in a startup. Frequent change in timelines disrupts plans. Too many meetings

The work culture here is poor. Things change often here, so its to adjust. There's barely any option for working from home. No growth opportunities here. The company is struggling, with hight attrition rates. Many top managers have left due to a lack of scaling prospects in this a startup. Consider this offer only if you're currently without a job.

Good company for growth and learning about new lending segments. There’s a lot to explore and analyze. I had direct access to leadership and helped them make decisions based on risk insights. It’s a fast-paced atmosphere, but I like that. The people here think long-term, not just chase short-term growth which aligns with my career goals.

Exposure is good in terms of clients and technology. You will not be stuck doing the same thing for a long time. If you work hard, they make it clear that growth and advancement are possible here. And they support it with training and mentorship along the way. If you give results and working hard, they offer good support and guidance to improve and get promoted.

Yubi's structure is built across multiple business. There is a chance to learn about all parts of the credit industry. Being a platform org there is a strong exposure to Tech driven solutioning. The company's growth from Rs 25 crore to Rs 490 in just four years is impressive. This fast growth and good esop value for everyone at IPO.

Quickly growing the business make it hard to focus on long-team planning, as the pressure to execute today takes priority. Saturday working for Sales team.

My journey is going well. The company is growing and expanding into new areas. The latest acquisitions were a big step and it's nice to work in a place that is thinking ahead and staying relevant. I have learned so much about how the credit market works. The senior management is also active and easy to reach out to.

Dislikes

Rapid growth and constant acquisitions make it hard to keep up with new systems and processes. You need to be adaptable and a quick learner.

Approaching individuals is easy and it resolves half the problems according to me. Opportunities to do niche work as well. Definitely a recommend "U will like to work here bcoz of the right work culture provided. Competition is taken in the healthy spirit.

There are minimal work-life benefits. Management is misleading, leadership lacks strength, and the products feels like a scam.
