I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Teammates are good. Job security is not there. No appraisal & incentives are given. There is no growth just because of wrong attitude of superior. Work life is good bcoz of staff member otherwise they don't treat employees properly. There are zero benefits for employees. No bonus & no appraisal bcoz it is not a profit making company.

Dislikes

No bonus no appraisal bcoz it is not a profit making company according to the Superior of it. If you want to grow up in your career then don't think to join this one.
