Good potential product. Flexible work hours maybe. Insurance benefit maybe.

Dislikes

Poor leadership with no vision. Micromanaging boss and toxic culture attitude from the top. Poor work-life balance, developers work for 12 hours minimum everyday to meet meaningless deadlines. Be ready to be yelled and cat-called in public meetings.
