Learning curve is super steep and you can learn whatever you want and work on whatever you want

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor and you will feel like being in a college with nothing professional about anything. Also this company is only for freshers or slightly experienced people transitioning from even smaller companies. There is also no proper salary structure and no system in generalk>. There is nothing called infrastructure here not even bare minimum so don't expect anything. Only thing okay is the pay and flexible work works and stress free environment. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
