One of the worse company ,sorry it’s not a company it’s a street dunk…..suggest people don’t accept any offer from this ….no process ….no environment….if any person can’t even having any job you can work here…they well treat like slave …even am appointed as QA manager ……then just think how other people status …they utilise you temporarily for billing ….and these idiotic people not having foreseen of future vision of projects….salary will not credited on time...Read More

No Equal policy. Lot of favouritism. HR not respond to your concerns. Lengthy and terrible appraisal process and that is too not as per the performance. No support from senior management for project escalation etc. No co-ordination between sales team and project team. Frequent resource switch between projects. No smooth exit.

Dislikes

At appraisal they suddenly remove employees without notice. Very bad politics. Hr gauri will say Just leave the company will give fnf and advance salary after they won't give salary and fnf settlement.

Some policy could update as leaves are getting elapsed and only 8 EL can be carry forward. Appraisal effective takes longer time. Following up with HR has become a big task.
