I basically worked in the head office ,so the rules and regulations of each branch is different.Mine was very good and I enjoyed working there .Also they give salary on time and no unnecessary deductions were there .

There's a lack of management between departments .

I am working in yes germany since 9 years approx now. The work culture, environment and freedom to express your ideas that is being given to us makes it a different feeling and special too. Moreover, we as employees get lot of opportunities to prove ourselves through different projects. Blessed to be a part of this organization.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such disliking about the company. Management takes regular feedbacks from us to see where they think there is need of improvement . So, no point of disliking.
