1.no work life balance. 2. Last Allocation of cases is after office hours, despite raising this to senior management there is no help, rather they behave like helpless and order us to work overtime. 3.threat is given indirectly for laying off if not working over time . 4.no Saturday or Sunday, have to work on weekends and most holidays. 5.senior management pressurizes to close the allocations on same day, which usually gets closed late night because of the last Allocation timing. 6.incapable seniors, partial top management, politically abusive seniors., with no knowledge. 7.never join this co. Even with a greater hike as they will Suck the blood and bones out of you. 8.incapable RCMs who have a habit of crying all the time, and shameless top management....Read More

Top management (Zonal Head, Cluster Head, Branch Manager), they all are worst people. They even don’t know how to talk with their juniors. They don’t show any respect towards them. They even don’t hesitate to insult in front of customers. Educate them some manners. Zonal head and cluster head will be beaten or gets insulted by junior staff, if they will not improve themself.

Enjoyed working..got to learn..got to know a lot..worked for 2.5 years..this was my first job in life..I will never forget yes bank..now I am not working yes bank... Every time I remember, I go to the bank and meet all the staff...and I do all my bank work from Yes Bank...I will never forget the first job of my life.

I was in yes bank in me-hin company we were working in yes bank and me-hin used to make our salary but I had no problem with that...but our salary was not increasing...my reason for leaving was salary and Secondly, Shaleen Dodia, the cluster head in Borsad branch, did not know how to respect any employee. And was giving more mental torture...that is why she left working in Yes Bank.

Their is no job security across any level .At any course of time HR can call you up and ask for the resignation by telling you it's a higher management decision and the post is getting desolve. So employee are not safe in this bank as far as their career is concern.
