The company called the employees to office only once or twice a week which was very good. However they organized bus service which was running full from the inception point so it was very difficult for employee to manage their commute.

Dislikes

Too much politics in terms of promotion and salary hike. The actual performance numbers were blatantly ignored and only the favourite ones were given better benefits. Due to same lot of people at 1-4 years experience level left and that hampered the productivity and client retention badly as they themselves were not convinced to work with this organisation then how would they convince client to stay with the bank....Read More

This Bank don't have any future, Bosses are terrible using abusive language on webex and doing too much office politics without any reason. ZH support fraudulent activity which is auditable but here no one worried where as bank is fighting for survival.
