Bank is very good but management is worse of the worst. No wonder why Yes Bank did loose their share price.

Zero atticates, use of foul language, no culture, zero support, no job security, you can get degrade easily, and management can fire you any time they want.

Nothing. No HR policy. You will be hired as RM and after six month you will be forced to shift to Sales Officer. One of my friends join as SSM and after few month designation change to SM exim who reported to SSM.

Those who want to ruin their career, nothing have to do, just join YES BANK. RH, HR, ZH will automatically ruin your careers. HR is the most nalla department in the bank. Organisation make HR as puppet now a days. If RH told him to stand, he will stand no soon. And if RH said to sit , he sit automatically

Top management (Zonal Head, Cluster Head, Branch Manager), they all are worst people. They even don’t know how to talk with their juniors. They don’t show any respect towards them. They even don’t hesitate to insult in front of customers. Educate them some manners. Zonal head and cluster head will be beaten or gets insulted by junior staff, if they will not improve themself.

Only Branch Closing Timing is good as per other bank and package which they offer is good.

Worst Culture I have ever seen in any bank. They give you huge package so that no other bank can hire you and they don't have any customer base or portfolio of HNI clients and after this all they make you work like a sales executive. SSM are using abuse language. Starting of the day they taking huddle of 2hr and in the evening also same 2hr huddle. They treating us like we are in the school. In every 1hr they call. Randomly send for the cold call and then ask for the productivity along with closure. They call to work on non working days. Every 2 months changes the branch also
