There is nothing which can be liked as far as YBL is concerned, neither it's work culture nor its policies

Almost toxic working culture, literally forced to work on banking and public holidays that to till 11 12 pm at night without any comp off or extra pay for additional workings, worst HR policies...worst workplace in the entire country...delayed appraisals to fool its employees...very bad..

It is going terrible here due to excessive workload, poor infrastructure, no work life balance and poor performance appraisal as management is ok to hire from outside with very higher pay than existing employees which is not maintaining balance this is the main reason, extended hours of late working and we are not getting holidays as fourth Saturday and monthend sundays are also working here.

Very high politics.. Loyal and intelligent person don't get anything.. Only chaplusi people and senior management will get good increament. No mentorship.. leadership only thinking about their salary increment and promotions.
