1.no work life balance. 2. Last Allocation of cases is after office hours, despite raising this to senior management there is no help, rather they behave like helpless and order us to work overtime. 3.threat is given indirectly for laying off if not working over time . 4.no Saturday or Sunday, have to work on weekends and most holidays. 5.senior management pressurizes to close the allocations on same day, which usually gets closed late night because of the last Allocation timing. 6.incapable seniors, partial top management, politically abusive seniors., with no knowledge. 7.never join this co. The bank is very good. Its promotion and increment policy is also very good the working culture in the bank is also very good.

Some stupid cluster head in the bank think themselves to be the MD of the bank. they want to spoil the image of the bank and also the environment. he wants every staff to flatter them, which is not possible.

It used to be very good a year back and now it is horrible and not able to even say what is good here. Health benefits and HR is Okay here and working in MUBB is very good and EBRB is terrible because of the leadership

Not an employee friendly and leadership is not supportive and everyone will question why it has not happened and no one is interested to know the challenges and no one is ready to tell how to do it. Job security is ZERO in EBRB and it has become a joke if we talk about mental piece
