Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Working at Yashoda Hospitals for four years had its highs and lows. On the positive side, salaries were always paid on time, ensuring financial stability. However, career growth opportunities were limited to a select few, leaving most employees with little room to advance. The work culture was far from ideal, with a lack of teamworkand support that stifled personal and professional growth.
