Nothing… How to do Politics in Management. Never says facts and concerning situations. Always listen your reporting Senior never use your own brain. Don’t show your plan work on your director plan only.

Unwanted Gossip, Fake Targets and Goals. Micro Management Missing. Policy made without any concern and lack of ground level knowledge is missing.

The seniors of the company are playing politics or there is really bad work culture here, the ASM/RSM of the company do not let anyone survive more than 2 months or they are fired. Company is like lala baniya type.
