During my job tenure of 4 months total employee left 26, two of them are HR.😓 Business development executive,ASM & senior ASMs validity 6/3-4/3-4 months maximum. Most important things : in this reputed company not a single employee (ASM/ Senior ASMs)are doing jobs morethan six months. JUST THINK NOT A SINGLE ASM & SENIOR ASM ARE 1 YEARS in the JOBs.
