OFF ROLE POSITION 1)Asm/senior asm they are taken only for 4/5 months tenure after that time management will force you to resign 2) 8 years old organisation but there are no ASM/Senior Asm no one more than one years working with this company 3) HOD is most third class business plans/Support, he is always save jobs of RSMs, for that reason every month ASMs are lost his job. 4)Huge service issue no solution 5) no Fixed Salary date 6) huge price issue, high price but low quality 7) ZERO work life balance, if you are in leave or medical leave You should attentable each & every time VC/Concall 8) ameture leaders & Fake commitment from HOD Level 9)Daily they will add new rules but for 7/10 days it will going change 10) only 2 leave are allowed in a month, if you are in medical leave or any kind of leave taken your salary will deduct Be careful & causes before to join this organisation Yes basically it's not a well organised company.
