Company is only good for those who are fresher and having no skills.so never ever join who has experienced.

Dislikes

Newely appointed manager in accounts tarun is very bad in nature.Many of the colleague are very frustrated due to his nature.Communication skill is very bad .And also used very abusive language.Try to show off extra telented but other assistant manager is very talented.Never ever support any body.Our former finance controller was very nice and all three owner is very talented and good in the nature....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
