Teammates are very well behaveved by supporting ,talking ,femelier nature in the team was very very good ,,given all trainig which is required to hit the floor at starting after and in between 15 to 30 days trainers call to us for difficulties and they were solve all querries all problems,when we do our job with full of dedication any company wont be interested to loss thier employees as happned with me i did my best but after 1.6 years company given a hike for 1k only then i thought there is no career growth at all ,in the sales department politics are running but if i m focussed on my work ,but yes more politics can harm the company's work because whoever the employees support politics they cant think about company loss and profit they will be able to see employees mistakes the how it does spport for company profit ,envirment ,incentives ,senior juniors are veys good If i am talking about innovations company do all things for company growing up and up they marketing ,by banners at all place by online promotion by news channels,launches new new product nd schemes for customer's benefit they do creative things for customers this company first think about customer i am satisfied todo work with this such a great company i have taken much more expeience in to sales customer servies and many more ....Read More
