Technical Writing Manager is really worst, Micromanagement for all employees done by Prohance Tool. Toxic HR culture and company situation getting worse day by day.

Zero likes to TW team. Mostly saturday and sunday work disturbance will not be there.

Other teams are so good, whereas technical writing team is a fate. Manager is a school teacher (teacher are even better). You cant take any decision in a document, each and every corener need to be informed Complete stress. Even need to inform to manager for you sick leave with prescription unofficially. Strict timings and zero flexibility. Other teams are 50 percent flexible. The concern mentioning here because other team work culture is good, but twt team is zero. No skill upgrade. Only ppt and ms word document. No xml due to cost cutting. If you away for personal break (restroom) need to be informed if crossed 12 mins. For casual leave need to login system and send mail (not in office management scope but manager does too). Manager lives for his work safety only, not supportive to the team ( team count of people is two).
