I don't know about all states and zones but he support provided by management in my branch was very poor, Few delivery boys and branch incharge were forced to work in lockdown 1st stage without vehicle pass also they were forced to deliver shipments in containment zone, salary of all employees were deducted and their anual salary increment was stopped
