Duties/Responsibilities:

Hunting riders / delivery boys & onboarding in the assigned cluster.
Manage end to end sourcing, onboarding for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile blue collar workforce Pan India
Ensure the target are achieved in TAT.
Should have a good Vendor Network Online & Offline to generate leads across the country
Need to align for regular refresher training in coordination with Training Team.
Contingent situation handling – Shipment Loss, COD issue, Uninformed leaves, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Good Excel knowledge.
2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
3. 1+ Years Experience.
4. Geographical Knowledge.
