About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - B2C Sales to join our dynamic sales team.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the B2C segment.
- You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Independently develop new sales revenue streams within the B2C segment.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and customer interactions.
- Qualify leads and effectively present value propositions to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2C customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Sales Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the B2C segment.
- Prepare sales forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify potential growth areas.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (e. , marketing, operations) to achieve sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales within the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in any discipline
