Deliver Business Targets - Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the Business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics Conversions, Core.

Position Summary:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager (Sales) with an MBA background to lead our Packers & Movers sales initiatives.

- In this role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, industry insights, and sales acumen to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.

- Your efforts will play a pivotal role in expanding our B2B client base and solidifying our position as a market leader.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for handling the Sales team in Packers and Movers vertical.

- Working cohesively with a team of talented and passionate colleagues.

- Communicating with the supply and support teams and implementing the guidelines with focus on process adherence.

- Document, analyze and report important process/input parameters.

- Designing and coordinating the training program for the employees in order to improve work efficiency and quality of deliverables.

- Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams.

- Conduct daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

- Hiring and training of resources in a timely and efficient manner for the new geography.

- Building the team required to execute city launch-related activities.

- Conduct market surveys by setting up processes and allocation of resources.

- Sharing reports and insights from surveys and assisting in strategizing the launch.

- Liaison with the product team to ensure timely launch.

- Zonal and Cluster mapping of the new geography.

- Liaison with the marketing team to set up ATL/BTL campaigns in the city.

- Formalizing of marketing collaterals for the city.

- Setting up of field and calling processes during and post-launch.

- Define short-term targets for the team and grow the city to the designated order level in the minimum time frame possible.

Requirements:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in Sales.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
