Basically the job can be done by a 12 passout.. However they will hire MBA graduates lure them with extra salary and will treat you like a slave. The only thing which I disliked about this company is the timing. During my joining I was told that my shift would be of a night shift. But, my shift time was changed 3-4 times. It is very difficult to adjust during night shifts. It would be of great help, if the timing remains constant.
