Its wonderful learning experience working in Wuerth India.Colleagues are very co-operative. Work pressure is not much in branches.But growth prospects are minimal until you get posted in some zonal offices or H.O.(Mumbai).

Dislikes

If you work in small branches(less turnover) of Wuerth then you are in real danger of loosing your job specially in Fin/Admin dept. Hard work will be appreciated but appraisals will get unnoticed in year end. Sometimes high paid senior colleagues may loose job to make way for junior/freshers with minimal compensation.

Honestly, everything about this company is big hypocrisy. This is worst company you can even find to work for! If you are at extreme buttering then this company is the best company to work for!

This company is so toxic from the top. Management doesn't even know what the want to achieve. They focus on tactics when there is no strategy. Everybody sitting on top is incompetent. They have no idea how to run a department forget about business. Everybody is just lip service. No strategy, no mission and then they don't know what to do with employee. If you are good at extreme buttering then you will get great hike and promotions. It is a toxic company. Management is unstable, Priti Nair, Carlos Cham, Philip Staeinbach, Rutvik Mastakar, Franziska Romer. All of them are useless, they don't know their job and now they are running the company.
