1. Bad work life balance 2. Toxic culture created by mid management (Managers, Leads, Associates) 3. Lot of unethical things are unnoticed even after escalation. 4. Kind of a ruling culture by authorities (mid senior level) not a collaborative and appreciative culture. 5. Senior leaders are focused on individual growths instead of team growth. 6. Deliberate micro management for creating unnecessary pressure on individual if a person doesn't butter the leads and at the end the honest and hardworking employee has to leave the organisation because of mental pressure. WSP as an organisation is good but few of the teams are very toxic because of some of the leaders. No Team bonding. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
