the work environment needs to be enhanced a bit, but it is important to keep in mind while joining its a small company, so if u r expecting environment like MNC, u will not get that.

Worst company ever. It has unusual rules and regulations. Company owner is the only one like a dictator no hr department no financial department no technical department no training and the owner expects you to learn everything your own and do the given task no support from him. There is no one for you to help if you get stuck it's not a company rather it's a cyber cafe. No work environment and no work ethics. Owner will only force you to do the work and will not pay your salary. Don't waste your time in this company instead invest that time in learning some new technology....Read More

The company is not like a company there is no work culture and worst work environment.

No benefits from the company. Even don't expect your salary the owner knows how to make excuses when the time comes to pay you.
