I dislike everything about this company. The behaviour of the employer is really very bad. He should learn the leadership qualities. My learning period was horrible. Instead of giving me proper training he used to found mistakes in each and every assignment. Overtiming became the daily habit. He don't know how to maintain a friendly relation.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. the work environment needs to be enhanced a bit, but it is important to keep in mind while joining its a small company, so if u r expecting environment like MNC, u will not get that.

Worst company ever. It has unusual rules and regulations. Company owner is the only one like a dictator no hr department no financial department no technical department no training and the owner expects you to learn everything your own and do the given task no support from him. There is no one for you to help if you get stuck it's not a company rather it's a cyber cafe. No work environment and no work ethics. Owner will only force you to do the work and will not pay your salary. Don't waste your time in this company instead invest that time in learning some new technology....Read More
