You do not have a personal life If you are ill, they will not consider you and create pressure. Till you can work like a machine you are the best. They will ask you to write engineering tasks even if you are from art backgrounds. With minimum pays you have to write the subject they want. Will increase 0.5 paisa during season and forget the next month.

There is lack of a lot of things such as transparency, management and communication. The work is not allotted regularly which is problematic. Then they provide the work done by someone else to correct it in short time frame. Then they judge you on the basis of this. Very poor management as they brought up rating system without having told about it. Based on irregular work and lack of fresh work, they made me fall short of few points even when just 2 months had elapsed. It such a drastic state that they do not listen you just keep calling, and every time I was told there is no workload. Why they had hired me? It was very terrible experience.

During 2nd wave they have asked us to work from home. During that time i was not well and opted for immediate medical checkup. The owner of the company fire me for it. The owner and other two ponies of him doesn't even know how to run their small firm. The management was very poor. Every two months those three would change their jobroles and take over the tasks and would create a havoc. I worked here from 2018 to 2021. really miss the culture. Its like a remote family. Rimal ji was helpful in allocation. Entire team is supportive. Management is polite and you get respected here which is really rate in this industry.
