More office politics, Lack of transparency, Lack communication employees with management, Any time delays for actions like offer letter, salary, incentive & other administration work. Most of time company not pass traveling bill for proper bills. HR not doing any mind refreshing events. Company make in-logical policies like biscuitsnot allow near computer, but office tea is allow near computer. Mobile not allow in office for employees. but TL scrolling reels in office....Read More

Company Culture Salary & Benefits They only give priority to then inside person. They didn't give value to outsiders.(Those who are coming from other company. Working hours minimum 11hours.

Worst management system, in bangalore finace deportment is totally worst , every month salary not given properlly, HR is not asking employees problems. Every month collection guy will changed due to Srinivadan and Darshana torcher finace deportment. Company woner need to awere of this.

Worst part about this job was time table. I'll write in detail. So I've joined on March 19th and for the training's first 2-3 days it was ok we used to come to office at 9pm and leave at 5:30am (yes it was a night shift). But just when our first 2-3 days got over we found that they do not have anything like 9- 5:30 shift. Like I hadan incident where I came to office at 9pm and left office at 8am in the morning keeping this in mind that I'll have to comeback here at 9pm in the same office just imagine how horrific it could be and I have had a conversation with my senior colleagues and they were really good to be honest and they have told me it was the most common thing (doing a 12-13hr shift) and every one of them told me they are seeking a better opportunity. So overall not a great experience at all and to the guys who are reading this please think twice before joining....Read More

If someone wants to waste their time and career, then can join this company. I have wasted my crucial 2 Years in this company. No Work Culture, No systematic working environment, a hell load of project work here. Yahan bas new members ka mazak udaya jata hai aur ye show kiya jata hai seniors ke through ki ye new member kaam nahi karta isko company se uda do. This is the atmosphere here in this company of MBP, Mahape Location (IT Software Development Team). One Project Manager here Niraj Dhiman, basically he is nothing out of Writer Information in the Corporate Market he only knows to do only flattering by disgracing and downgrading others in any way to get praise in the eyes of CEO as he has the direct in-person contact with CEO and his mentality is like to upgrade himself buy doing nothing only by downgrading others in the eyes of seniors to get praise himself. He treats the team members just like use & throw types means jab iski watt lagti hai to ye kuchh bhi karke team se apna kaam karwa lega and when he done then team member ka jitna bhi bura ye kar sakta hai utna bura karega kabhi achha nahi karega and also never understand the problems and requirements of the team member only selfish man he is. He is not the person you can trust even there is no one in the company on whom you can trust. Then what is the benefit to work with this company. There are so many and much better than this company to join and save our life & career skills. There are Salary Increments & Position Increments in the company. I would not recommend this company to join to anyone in their whole life. So never join this company. Every month HR leave this company and new HR joins and then next month that new HR also leaves the company just because thereis no any work culture and employee satisfaction in this company....Read More
