Excellent work culture with continuous encouragement to peruse academic visions and aspirations. The vision may be connecting with global universities or consulting or executive education or publications in top journals or anything that a faculty can think of. World class infrastructure with serene environment is a bonus.

Academic freedom is excellent. Support in all initiatives you put forward. A vibrant work culture where you will grow with the support of the institution. Management is always taking care of your grievance.

If the summer and winter break should be provided to the faculties, it would be a great asset.

There are many things that I enjoy, including the support from leadership, food, the culture, the pay, and many more. I found out that some negative groups are writing unhelpful reviews. I worked there for more than 2 years, and I was a witness to lots of ups and downs with a positive mindset. We must at least leave a positive impression even though nobody is permanent. Only the distance from the city, but yes, that also has an advantage; I got peace and a natural environment.
