Clueless management with no vision. Thinks only technology without talent can take them forward. Persists with non performing employees for reasons best known to them. Long hrs & lack of basic facilities like washrooms , clean drinking water & basic pantry facilities are not available. Good work environment and culture, friendly staff, flexible working environment, company policies are good, so much learned about work that how to work in a pressure and handle it calmly.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Issues doesn't solve quickly. Salary decent. No idea about job security. Even after completing 1.5 year in the company, my appraisal was not extended. Neither work from home nor salary was given in Lockdown.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt alot on the job and want to more learn. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with teammates!
