Would say Talking Big type in reallity too small highly unproffesional company .when u will be interviewed they will talk big our this our that we this we that our Softwares our london office etc etc.If u get a chance to be interviewed by the director in london an impression will be Wow what a director very warm hearted he will say my ethics my rules this and that in reallity there ethics are 0 when it comes to employees rights and 100 percent too pay tax to the queen in London will do use and throw type policy in off seasons,no incentives will be given ,if get a chance to join just play on Salary part they will surely hire you being a fresher but be careful any mistake salary cut blame game starts ....Read More

Good work environment and culture, friendly staff, flexible working environment, company policies are good, so much learned about work that how to work in a pressure and handle it calmly.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Issues doesn't solve quickly. Salary decent. No idea about job security. Even after completing 1.5 year in the company, my appraisal was not extended. Neither work from home nor salary was given in Lockdown.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt alot on the job and want to more learn. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with teammates!

I had been working here in Delhi office for over 2 years in accounts and have found this to be good learning and good work and life culture. I got to experience learning both payable and receivable sides as I was given free hand.

Management! The management there can be rated 0 out of 10. Not at all cooperative, they don't care whatever situations you have. I would not write much it would be offensive for them. Timings are big issues, 9 hours working, and very far too, basically your personal life also gets zero. I would not recommend this place to anyone
